经尿道等离子体切割术治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果研究

Study on clinical effects of transurethral plasma excision in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia

目的观察探讨经尿道等离子体切割术治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取本院2010年11月～2011年11月收治的前列腺增生症患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例,观察组使用经尿道等离子体切割术治疗,对照组使用常规手术治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组使用经尿道等离子体切割术治疗的效果显著,其中,显效39例占72.2%,有效11例占20.4%,无效4例占7.4%,无一例术后感染,总有效率为92.6%;对照组显效20例占37.0%,有效15例占27.8%,无效19例占35.2%,术后感染5例占9.3%,总有效率为64.8%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道等离子体切割术治疗前列腺增生症,疗效显著,安全有效,并发症低,后遗症低,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of transurethral plasma excision in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia, and summarize its clinical value. Methods One hundred and eight cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients admitted to our hospital from November 2010 to November 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 54 cases, the observation group was given a transurethral plasma excision treatment, the control group was given conven- tional surgical treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results In the observation group, the efficacy was significant, in which 39 cases （72.2%） were markedly effective, 11 cases （20.4%） were effective, 4 cases （7.4%） were ineffective, there was no postoperative infection, the total effective rate was 92.6%; in the control group, 20 cases （37.0%） were markedly effective, 15 cases （27.8%） were effective, 19 cases （35.2%） were invalid, 5 cases （9.3%） had postoperative infection, the total effective rate was 64.8%, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral plasma excision in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia is effective and safe, with little complications and sequelae, is worthy of clinical promotion.
