异位妊娠75例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 75 cases with ectopic pregnancy

目的了解目前异位妊娠的发病原因及特点与治疗方案的个体化。方法回顾分析2009年11月～2011年11月两年间发生的各类异位妊娠的临床资料共75例，常见输卵管妊娠及少见部位异位妊娠（卵巢、腹腔、输卵管间质部、宫角、宫颈及瘢痕部位）。结果根据异位妊娠的特点，选择腹腔镜手术义分为根治性及保守性手术，少见部位妊娠常采用药物及手术综合治疗，为个体化治疗。结论因异位妊娠系多发病，及少见部位妊娠的特殊性，应根据其特点选择术式及治疗方案并预防并发症。

Objective To know about the causes and characteristics of ectopic pregnancy and find out different therapeutic plans for individuals. Methods A retrospective analyze altogether 75 cases from different kinds of ectopic pregnancy were did between the year 2009 and 2011, including common tubal pregnancy and rare ectopic pregnancy （the sep in the study included cornual pregnancy, interstitial tubal pregnancy,varian pregnancy, cervical pregnancy, abdominal pregnancy and rudimentary horn of uterus pregnancy）. Results According to the characteristics of ectopic pregnancy we choose laparoscop- ic surgery which included radical surgery and conservative surgery and using medication and comprehensive therapy after operation when it came to rare pregnancy, described above was called individual treatment. Conclusion Because ectopic pregnancy belongs to frequently-occurring disease and owns the particularity of pregnancy of rare locations, we should choose proper operative patterns and treatment plans and in the meanwhile we should prevent postoperative complications.
