宫术宁胶棒在绝经后取环术中的临床应用价值

Clinical observation of Gong Shuning glue stick in removing intrauterine devices from postmenopausal women

目的探讨宫术宁胶棒在绝经后妇女取环术中的临床应用价值。方法收集141例绝经后妇女经宫颈取出宫内节育器的资料,随机分为胶棒组65例,对照组76例,通过对胶棒组取环术中应用宫术宁胶棒,对比分析两组宫颈扩张情况、患者术中疼痛不适感觉及取环经过是否顺利情况,评价取环效果。结果胶棒组在宫颈扩张情况、患者术中疼痛不适感觉及取环经过是否顺利方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宫术宁胶棒用于绝经后取环,其软化扩张宫颈、术中镇痛作用显著,明显提高取环的顺利程度,大大减少患者痛苦,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical value on Gong Shuning glue stick in removing intrauterine devices （IUD） from postmenopausal women. Methods One hundred and forty-one cases of postmenopausal women were randomly divided into two groups, 65 cases of the Gong Shuning glue stick group and 76 cases of control group. The effect was evaluated through a comparative analysis in cervical dilatation, the sensory of intraoperative and operative process. Results The Gong Shuning glue stick group was superior to control group in cervical dilatation, the discomfort feeling of intraoperative and operative process, there was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01） between Gong Shuning glue stick group and control group. Conehsion Gong Shuning glue stick can make cervix malacia and distensible, has a significant intraoperative analgesic effect, make the operation more smoothly, markedly reduce the pain of patients. So Gong Shuning glue stick is worth popu- larizing in clinic.
