抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗老年肺炎疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of antibiotic combined Tanreqing injection in the treatment of senile pneumonia

目的观察抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法选择本院2011年2月～2012年2月收治的100例老年肺炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组50例采用抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗,对照组50例采用抗生素治疗,10d为1个疗程,2个疗程后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过2个疗程的治疗后,观察组痊愈36例,显效6例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率为98%,经统计学处理,疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=23.355,P<0.01)。结论抗生素联合痰热清注射液治疗老年肺炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of antibiotic combined Tanreqing injection in the treatment of the el- derly pneumonia. Methods One hundred cases of elderly pneumonia patients of our hospital chosen from February 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 50 cases were given antibiotic combined Tan- reqing injection treatment, and the control group 50 cases were given antibiotic therapy only, 10 days for a period of treat- ment, two courses, the treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After two courses of treatment, the observation group recovered 36 cases, 6 cases were markedly, 7 cases were effective, 1 ease was ineffective, the total effective rate was 98%. After statistics processing, the observation group had better effects than control group （x2 = 23.355, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Antibiotics combined Tanreqing injection in the treatment of senile pneumonia has curative effects, is worthy of clinical application.
