中西医结合治疗盆腔炎51例临床疗效观察

Clinical effects observation of integrated Chinese-Western therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease in 51 cases

目的观察红藤汤灌肠配合抗生素治疗盆腔炎(PID)的临床疗效。方法将2008年2月～2010年6月门诊和住院患者确诊为盆腔炎的患者97例,随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(46例)。两组在急性炎症期都给予抗生素联合静脉用药,症状缓解后治疗组予红藤汤灌肠治疗,对照组46例继续口服抗生素巩固治疗。疗程结束后统计两组疗效。结果两组均获随访,治疗组总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为76.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红藤汤灌肠配合抗生素治疗盆腔炎疗效良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of sargentglory decoction enema combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease （PID）. Methods Ninety seven cases of patients confirmed with PID in ：outpatient service and hospitalization of our hospital from February 2008 to June 2010 were selected and divided into treatment group （51 cases） and control group （46 cases）. Two groups were all given intravenous administration of antibiotics treatment in a- cute inflammation period. After symptomatic relief, the observation group was given sargentglory decoction enema treatment, the control group was given antibiotics consolidate treatment. After a period of treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results The two groups were all followed up, the effective rate was 90.2% in the obser- vation group, which was 76.1% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of sargentglory decoction enema combined with antibiotics in the treatment of PID is good.
