金蛭胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中临床分析

Clinical analysis of golden leech capsule in treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的观察金蛭胶囊应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的疗效。方法将2011年7月～2012年3月确诊的60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组予银杏达莫治疗,观察组采用金蛭胶囊联合银杏达莫,观察两组患者的疗效。结果对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金蛭胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中可靠安全,具有一定疗效,有助于患者康复。

Objective To observe the effect of golden leech capsule in treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with acute isehemic stroke patients from July 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, each group with 30 cases. Control group was given dipyridamole injection, observation group was given golden leech capsule and dipyridamole injection. The curative effects of two groups were observed. Results Total effective rate was 70.0% in observation group and 93.3% in control group; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Golden leech capsule in treatment of acute isehemic stroke is reliable and safety, it has certain curative effect, and can help patients recover.
