摘要 目的研究运动对社区自理老人焦虑情绪及血清皮质醇的影响。方法随机抽取天津市某社区60岁以上自理老年人,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测量其焦虑情绪,根据生活方式自评量表中运动和体能分数将老人分为3组(即规律运动组、有时运动组、不运动组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定其血清皮质醇含量。结果社区自理老年人的SAS标准分高于全国常模(t=27.13,P<0.001)。经统计学分析SAS标准分和血清皮质醇含量,社区自理老人中规律运动组和不运动组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规律的运动可以调节HPA轴适应性,降低皮质醇的过量释放,缓解自理老年人的精神焦虑。 Objective To study the effect of exercise on anxiety and serum cortisol of self-care elders in community. Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-value format of life style were used to investigate the anxiety state and ex- ercise of senile self-care people who were randomly selected from a community in Tianjin city. According to the scores of exercise and physical of self-value format of life style, the elders will be divided into three groups (regular exercise group, intermittent exercise group, no exercise group). The serum level of cortisol was measured by ELISA. Results The standard score of SAS of self-care elders in community was higher than normal standard(t = 27.13,P 〈 0.001). The results of statis- tics analysis of standard score of SAS and serum cortisol showed that there was significant difference between regular exer- cise group and no exercise group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Regular exercise can improve the adaption of hypothalamic-pi- tuitary-adrenocortical (HPA) axon, reduce the release of cortisol, ease anxiety state of self-care elders.
