笔者通过分析近年来深圳市福田区卫生监督部门卫生执法的措施、成效和困难,研讨民营医疗机构卫生监管现状和存在的问题,结合辖区实际提出卫生监督对策。民营医疗机构存在的问题较为复杂,规范医疗机构行为、有效打击违法行医,需要完善卫生监督机制,改变现有卫生监督方法,探索新的监管模式。卫生监督部门应以多种手段、多部门联动相结合,强化卫生执法效能,促进卫生监督工作提高质量绩效,确保医疗服务市场的正常秩序。

Private medical institutions problems is complicate, regulating medical agency action, effective cracking down on illegal medical practice, need to perfect health supervision mechanism, change the existing health supervision method and explore the new regulatory model. Health supervision department with a variety of means, more should be combined with depart- ment, strengthen the health law enforcement efficiency, promote health supervision work to improve the quality perfor- mance, to ensure the normal order of the medical service market.
