中西医结合医院手卫生现状及改进措施

Hand hygiene actuality and improvement measures in traditional chinese and western medicine hospital

我国卫生部于2009年1月颁发了《医务人员手卫生规范》,手卫生是预防和控制医院感染最简单、最方便、最有效的方法,为医务人员洗手、手卫生消毒和外科手消毒的总称。目前,中西医结合医院在日常诊疗过程中,医务人员手卫生现状令人担忧。为降低隐患,加强医务人员的手卫生的工作预防和控制医院感染,本文笔者从本院中西医结合角度出发,在中医操作过程中,通过对医务人员手卫生依从性的现状分析,提出了改进措施,并取得了一定的成效。

The ministry of health in china issued ＂medical staff hand hygiene practices＂ in January 2009, hand hygiene is the simplest, most convenient and most effective way for the prevention and control of hospital infection, and which is the name of medical staff for hand washing, hand hygiene disinfection and surgical hand disinfection. Currently, one concern is the medical staff hand hygiene status in the daily course of treatment in integrative medicine hospital. In order to reduce the potential accidents, strengthen the prevention and control hospital infection for the hand hygiene of medical staff, by means of the medical staff hand hygiene compliance status analysis in chinese medicine operation from the angle of inte- grative medicine, the author proposed improvement measures and have achieved some results.
