The control of human cost of the community health service centers plays an important role in the management. As the grass-roots level health managers, only by attaching the importance to the labor cost can we improve the efficiency in the use of the personnel and the level of scientific management of the center, and can effectively develop and utilize the human resources, so as to make the comprehensive strength of the center to promote steadily.
