门诊中成药处方退药原因分析及讨论

Analysis and exploration of the reasons of drug withdrawal of Chinese traditional patent medicine

目的分析及讨论中成药退药原因。方法对本院2010年10月～2011年2月中成药退药情况进行统计分析。结果中成药因不良反应、禁忌证、大处方、重复用药等多种原因退药,占门诊总处方量的0.22%,针对各项退药原因进行了分析和讨论。结论医院各部门加强沟通协作,减少退药发生,保证用药安全,维护患者和医院的利益。

Objective To analyze the reasons of drug withdrawal of Chinese traditional patent medicine. Methods The drug withdrawal situation of Chinese traditional medicine in our hospital within the period from October 2010 to February 2011 were statistically analyzed. Results The drug withdrawal of Chinese traditional medicine, which were mainly caused by ad- verse drug reaction, medicine contradiction, excessive prescriptions, repeat prescription, etc, accounted for 0.22% of total outpatient prescriptions. Reasons for drug withdrawal of Chinese traditional patent medicine was analyzed and discussed. Conclusion Every department in the hospital should strengthen the communication and collaboration and reduce the oc- currence of the drug withdrawal of medicines. This is helpful to ensure the patient＇s safety for taking medicines and also safeguard the interests of both the patients and the hospitals.
