预防接种是疾病控制工作的基础,护士在预防接种中所具备的素质,直接影响着受种个体的健康,影响着疾控工作的整体效果。本文从思想素质、职业道德素质、形象仪表素质和技能素质四方面阐述护士在预防接种工作中应具备的素质,对于提高接种质量,减少医患纠纷,建立互信关系,构建和谐社会环境具有重要意义。

Vaccination is the base of disease control work, the qualities for nurses which have owned in vaccination work, directly affect the health of subject individual and the overall effect of disease control and prevention. This article describes the qualities that nurses should have in the vaccination work from the following four aspects including ideological quality, ethical quality, image looks quality and skill quality. It has very important significance to improve vaccination quality, de- crease medical disputes, build mutual trust relationship and construct the harmonious social environment.
