摘要
在碱性条件下盐酸苯乙双胍对鲁米诺—高碘酸钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸苯乙双胍的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸苯乙双胍的线性范围为4.0×109~2.0×105mol/L,检出限为6×1010mol/L,对于浓度为4.0×108mol/L的盐酸苯乙双胍连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.1%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果在99.6%~100.5%之间。该方法用于盐酸苯乙双胍片剂中盐酸苯乙双胍的定量分析,结果满意。
A highly sensitive chemiluminesence (CL) method for the determination of phenformin hydrochloride by flow injection analysis was developed, based on that the CL intensity of Luminol-KIO4 systems was enhanced by phenformin hydrochiodde. The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of phenformin hydrochloride was in a linear range from 4.0×10^-9 to 2.0×10^-5 mol/L. The detection limit of phenformin hydrochioride was 6×10^10 mol/L, precision of the method was tested at the content ration level of 4.0×10^-8 mol/L of phenformin hydrochloride for 11 determinations, and value of RSD was 1.1%. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method using tablets samples as matrixes, results of recovery were in the range of 99.6%-100.5%. The proposed method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of phenformin hydrochloride in tablets.
