基础教育改革下高校体育教育专业人才培养对策研究

RESEARCH ON THE STRATEGIES OF CULTIVATING P.E. PROFESSIONAL TALENTS IN UNIVERSITIES UNDER BASIC EDUCATIONAL REFORM

通过选择部分高校的体育教育专业的教师和人才培养方案(教学计划)、部分中小学体育教师作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对基础教育改革下的我国高校体育教育专业人才培养现状进行深入调查和客观分析,找出当前我国高校体育教育专业人才培养目标定位、培养内容,以及体育教育专业学生的教育思想、创新能力、综合素质不能很好地适应基础教育体育与健康课程改革的要求等现实问题,对高校体育专业人才培养的发展定位、目标体系、具体内容提出了相应的对策和建议。

Through choosing certain professional physical education teachers and professional physical education talent cultivation programs （teaching plans） in some universities as well as some EE teachers from middle and primary schools as objects, adopting the methods of document, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, the present cultivation situation of EE. professional talents in universities under basic educational reform was investigated deeply and objectively analyzed. It was found that the present aim orientation, contents in cultivating P.E. professional Talents in universities under basic educational reform and the trainees＇ thought, innovation ability, comprehensive quality can＇t completely agree to the present environment such as demand of basic physical education and healthy curriculum reforms. Some suggestions were given on the cultivating strategies of development orientation, target system and specific content.
