红花黄色素对肝癌H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用

Inhibition effect of safflor yellow on H_(22) solid tumor in mice

目的观察不同剂量的红花黄色素对肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用,初步探讨其体内抗实体肿瘤的作用机制。方法建立肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为红花黄色素高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照环磷酰胺组和模型对照组5个实验组,分别于注射给药8 d后处死动物,取材,测定用药前后体重变化、抑瘤率(IR,%)、生命延长率(%)、肝/体比、肺/体比、胸腺指数、脾脏指数等指标。结果红花黄色素各剂量组小鼠的一般情况均明显好于环磷酰胺组,高、中、低3个剂量组抑瘤率分别为34.29%、38.86%、36.00%,瘤重与模型对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。红花黄色素各剂量组脾脏指数和胸腺指数与环磷酰胺组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),中、低剂量组肝/体比和肺/体比与环磷酰胺组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论适当浓度的红花黄色素对小鼠H22皮下移植瘤具有明显的抑制作用,且对机体的损伤较环磷酰胺小。

Objective To observe the suppression role of different doses of safflor yellow to liver cancer tumors in mice H22 tumor-burdened, preliminarily discuss its antitlamor mechanism in vivo. Methods Made the tumor-bearing mice model, and randomly divided the mice into five experimental groups, SY high, medium and low doses groups, positive control cytoxan group and model control group. In injection drug respectively eight days put the animals to death, draw materials. Deter mined the tumor growth inhibition ratio （IR, %）, extended life rate （%）, thymus index, spleen index, liver/body ratio, lung/body ratio, and weight changes before and after drug used. Results The general situation and weight growth of the SY mice were better than the positive control cytoxan group. Low, moderate and high dose treatment groups showed inhibition Ha solid tumor activity with inhibition ratio 36.00%, 38.86%, 34.29%, and tumor weight compared with model control group were significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. The spleen index and thymus index of SY each dose group all had significant difference compared with the CTX group （P 〈 0.01）, and the liver/body ratio, lung/body ratio of small dose group was sig- nificant different compared with the CTX group （P 〈 0.01）, showed that SY had small damage to the body than CTX. Con- clusion Safflor yellow can suppress mouse H22 grafting tumor growth conspicuously, and its side effect is less than the posi- tive control cytoxan group.
