PAF和vWF在银杏叶片治疗不稳定型心绞痛中的作用

Clinical significance of platelet activation factor and von Willebrand factor in patients with unstable angina pectoris accepting Ginkgo Biloba tablet treatment

目的观察银杏叶片治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血小板活化因子(PAF)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)的变化,探讨其对心血管的保护作用及机制。方法检测26例健康对照者和61例UAP患者血浆PAF、vWF和PAR水平,将患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和合并银杏叶片治疗组(银杏叶组),分别于治疗前和治疗28 d后测定PAF、vWF和PAR水平。结果 UAP组PAF、vWF和PAR水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前,银杏叶组与对照组PAF、vWF和PAR水平无显著差异(P>0.05),银杏叶组治疗后PAF、vWF和PAR分别显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后PAF、vWF和PAR水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶片可通过下调PAF和vWF水平,降低血小板聚集程度从而可有效治疗不稳定型心绞痛。

Objective To observe the alteration of platelet activation factor （PAF） and yon Willebrand factor （vWF） in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP） accepting Ginkgo Biloba tablet treatment, and to explore its mechanism of protection efficacy of cardiovascular diseases. Methods The levels of PAF,vWF and PAR were measured in 26 healthy controls and 61 patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. The patients were randomly assigned into routine treatment group （control group） and combinating Ginkgo Biloba tablet treatment group （Ginkgo Biloba group）. Before treatment and after 20 days of treatment, the levels of PAF, vWF and PAR were measured, respectively. Results At group UAP, levels of PAF, vWF and PAR were remarkably higher than those at healthy control group （P 〈 0.01）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference for the three indicators between control group and Ginkgo Biloba group. In Ginkgo Biloba group, the levels of PAF, vWF and PAR after 2 days of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.01）, but in control group, levels of the three indicators showed less difference between after and before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Con clusion There is obvious efficacy of Ginkgo Biloba tablet on unstable angina pectoris. The efficacy is attributable to paltelet aggregation rate decreasing via down-regulating the levels of platelet activation factor and von Willebrand factor.
