Special Features of Equipment and Technology Introduced for Alkaline-Manganese Batteries

近年来 ,我国电池行业已先后从日本等国引进LR6、LR0 3碱锰电池生产线 2 0余条 ,并同时引进低汞、无汞碱锰电池生产技术 ,推动了我国电池行业的技术进步 ,缩小了与国外电池工业先进水平的距离 ,符合世界电池行业的发展要求。对自不同国家引进的碱锰电池生产设备、工艺技术和各自特点作一些对比分析 ,以对我国今后碱锰电池的设备。

In recent years China's battery industry introduced about twenty production lines for LR6 and LR03 alkaline-manganese batteries as well as the technology for production of low-mercury or mercury free batteries from Japan and other countries.It had brought about great advance in technology of battery industry and shortened the distance of battery production level compared with the advanced countries.A comparative analysis of production equipments and technology introduced from different countries was made.
