β-葡萄糖苷酶I、L-6和IL-12在诊断新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨β-葡萄糖苷酶、IL-6和IL-12在诊断新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎中的应用价值,以期为疾病的发生、发展及临床治疗工作提供理论支持。方法 96例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的血清标本作为观察组,选取60例证实为正常的新生儿血清标本作为对照组,观察不同病变分期患儿血清中β-葡萄糖苷酶、IL-6和IL-12的表达差异。结果观察组血清中β-葡萄糖苷酶、IL-6和IL-12的表达明显高于对照组,观察组血清中β-葡萄糖苷酶、IL-6和IL-12的表达与病变分期相关。观察组中IL-6和IL-12的表达呈正相关。结论新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿血清中β-葡萄糖苷酶、IL-6和IL-12呈高表达,三者对疾病的进展可能有促进作用。联合检测β-葡萄糖苷酶、IL-6和IL-12对早期判断病变分期可能有一定价值。 Objective To investigate the expressions of cytosolic β-Glucosidase (CGB), IL-6 and IL-12 in serum of neonatal necrotizing enterolitis, for providing the academic help in the occurance and development of disease. Methods All 96 serum of neonatal necrotizing enterolitis were observed as observation group. 60 serum of normal newborn were observed as control group. The expressions of CGB, IL-6 and IL-12 were detected by ELISA in two groups. The different expres sions were observed in different lesion degress. Results The expressions of CGB ,IL-6 and IL-12 were higher in the obser vation group than in the control group. The expressions of CGB,IL-6 and IL-12 were correlated with the lesion degree stage. The positive correlation were found in IL-6 and IL-12 in observation group. Conclusion The higher expressions of CGB,IL-6 and IL-12 can promote the oeeurance and development in neonatal necrotizing enterolitis. The combined de tecting of CGB,IL-6 and IL-12 maybe importment to predict the lesion degree in early stage.
