针灸康复结合中药治疗紧张性头痛分析

Treatment for tension-type headache with acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine

目的观察针灸康复配合中药治疗紧张性头痛的临床效果和安全性。方法将紧张性头痛患者78例随机分为对照组和治疗组各39例,对照组采用散利痛治疗,治疗组采用针灸康复配合中药治疗,均治疗4周,比较两组治疗前后的头痛发作及抑郁情况。结果治疗组头痛程度、HAMD及HAMA得分均明显降低(P<0.05),且临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸康复配合中药治疗可明显减轻患者头痛及患者精神状况。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of tension-type headache with acupuncture and Chinese tra ditional medicine. Methods All 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group （39 patients） treated with Saridon,and the treatment group （39 patients） treated with acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine.In the treat ment of 4 weeks before and after treatment,the degree of headache and scores of HAMA and HAMD were compared.Results The degree of headache and scores of HAMA and HAMD of treatment group were signifieantly lower than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the clinial effects of treatment group were significantly better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Con clusion Acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine can alleviate patients＇s headache and improve patients＇s psychosis.
