健康教育在妊娠合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of health education in patients with gestational diabetes

目的评价健康教育在妊娠合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将56例妊娠合并糖尿病患者随机分成干预组和对照组,干预组给予全程系统化的健康教育干预,对照组遵医嘱给予随机对症护理。结果干预组的血糖控制满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组发生妊高症、羊水过多、剖宫产、产后出血、低血糖、新生儿窒息、低体重儿、巨大儿的例数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施全程系统化的健康教育干预措施具有较好的效果,有效地控制了血糖水平,明显改善了母婴结局,值得推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods Fifty-six cases of gestational diabetes were randomly divided into intervention and control groups, the intervention group was given the whole systematic health education intervention, and the control group was prescribed to the randomized symptomatic care. Results Glucose control satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group, the dif ference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）~ the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, polyhydramnios, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, hypoglycemia, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight children, a huge number of children＇s cases of the intervention group were significantly less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the whole systematic health education interventions of patients with gestational diabetes has good results, and can effectively control blood sugar levels, and significant improve in maternal and neonatal outcomes, it is worth the promotion and application.
