摘要
废旧Cd/Ni电池粉碎、煅烧后再与醋酸反应 ,得含Ni2 + 、Cd2 + 和Fe2 + (Fe3+ )混合体系。通过氧化Fe2 + ,调 pH和过滤除去铁。加NaOH制得Ni(OH) 2 和Cd(OH) 2 的混和物 ,并由XRD实验得以证实。将上述混和物分别添加到密封Cd/Ni电池的正负极中 ,检测了正负极活性物质利用率、放电电位、1C电流和 - 1 8℃放电容量 ,结果表明 :含上述混和物的电极与对比电极具有相同的性能。此种回收利用废旧Cd/Ni电池方法的特点在于无须分离Ni2 + 和Cd2 +
A solution containing Ni 2+ 、Cd 2+ and Fe 2+ (Fe 3+ )was obtained after breaking discarded Cd/Ni batteries to small pieces,then calcimining and reacting with HAc.Fe(Ac) 2OH was removed from the solution by oxidation of Fe 2+ by H 2O 2,regulation of pH value and filtration.The solution containing Ni 2+ and Cd 2+ was analyzed quantitatively,then a mixture of Ni(OH) 2 and Cd(OH) 2 confirmed by XRD was prepared from the solution.This mixture was added to the active material of both positive and negative electrodes in sealed Cd/Ni batteries.The efficiency coefficients,discharge potentials and capacities at a current of 1C and -18℃ of the electrodes were measured.Results showed that electrodes containing the mixture had the same performance as that of compared ones.The distinguishing feature of this process for reusing discarded Cd/Ni batteries was unnecessary to separate Ni 2+ and Cd 2+ in the mixed wastes.
