齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of Schizophrenia

目的对比分析齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法将2009年8月～2012年4月我院收治的174例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,观察组(87例)接受齐拉西酮治疗,对照组(87例)接受利培酮治疗。结果①治疗前,两组患者的阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般症状评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般症状评分与对照组相比,均显著下降(P<0.05),但两组患者上述指标相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②两组患者治疗有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③两组患者总不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组患者的不良反应类型有所差别。结论齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效相近,在临床选药过程中应注意不良反应对患者的影响。

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of Schizophre nia, and provide a reference basis for clinical use. Methods A total of 174 cases of Schizophrenia who were admitted into psychiatric hospital from August 2009 to April 2012 were randomly divided into 2 groups, and observation group received Ziprasidone, while control group was given Risperidone. Results ①Before treatment, there were no significant differences in positive symptom scores, negative symptom scores and general symptom scores between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treat ment, the positive symptom scores, negative symptom scores and general symptom scores of observation group and control group decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, but there were no significant differences in these before-mentioned indexes between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. （~）There was no significant difference in treatment efficiency between two groups （P 〉 0.05）.③There was no significant difference in incidence of total adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉 0.05）, but there were some dif- ferences in types of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Ziprasidone and Risperi- done in the treatment of Schizophrenia is similar, we should pay attention to the impact of adverse reactions on patients during drug choice.
