CT在胃肠道间质瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用

Application of CT in differential diagnosis between benign and malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors

目的探讨CT在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法总结分析2006~2011年在我院进行治疗的胃肠道间质瘤患者21例的临床资料和CT结果,所有患者均经病理学确诊良恶性,分析CT影像学改变与良恶性的关系。结果病理结果良性5例,交界性7例,恶性9例。CT结果显示恶性肿瘤直径多≥5 cm,易出现囊性坏死样改变。出现转移的患者共5例,均为恶性。结论 CT显示肿瘤的大小、是否出现囊性坏死变及是否转移对判断胃肠道间质瘤良恶性具有鉴别意义。

Objective To discuss application of CT in differential diagnosis between benign and malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods From 2006 to 20tl ,clinical data and CT imaging character of 21 cases with gastrointestinal stro real tumors were analyzed and summarized. Pathological types of 21 cases were comfil^ned by pathology. The relationshio between CT imaging ehange and pathological types were analyzed. Results Five cases were benign,＇/ cases were border line,and 9 cases were malignant. Malignant tumor diameter~〉Scm,prone to cystic necrosis. 5 cases malignant tumor trans ferred to other tissue. Conclusion CT imaging result show the tumor diameter,cystic necrosis and transfer to other tissue are with worthiness in differential diagnosis between benign and malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
