Value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法分析手术或数字减影血管造影(DSA)证实的32例主动脉夹层(AD)患者的多层螺旋CT扫描结果。结果 32例患者均被确诊,并显示明确的真假腔,DeBakey分型属于Ⅰ型12例,Ⅱ型2例,Ⅲ型18例。结论 MSCT具有可靠、安全无创的优点,对AD的临床治疗具有重要的指导意义,应作为检查AD可靠的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in the diagnosis of aortic dissection （AD）. Methods CT images and clinical data were retrospectively reviewed in 32 patients with aortic dissection confirmed by surgery or digital subtraction angiography （DSA）. Results All cases were diagnosed as AD and showed clearly true and false cavity. Of which, 12 eases belonged to DeBakey type I , 2 cases belonged to type Ⅱ and 18 cases belonged to type Ⅲ. Conclusion MSCT is a safe and non-invasive method for diagnosing and guiding the treatment of AD.
