摘要 目的探讨有效开展乳腺癌患者健康教育,减少术后并发症和上肢功能障碍的方法,促进护理健康教育规范发展。方法将80例住院手术治疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组按常规开展健康教育,试验组按整体护理程序进行程序化健康教育,然后进行比较研究。结果试验组掌握功能锻炼相关知识及恢复日常生活活动能力明显好于对照组,试验组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组。结论程序化健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后自觉坚持康复锻炼、减少并发症和患肢功能障碍具有明显作用。 Objective To investigate the efficiency of health education on reducing postoperative compucauons anu upper, limbs dysfunction for patients with breast cancer, and to promote the standard development of nursing health education. Methods Eighty postoperative patients with breast cancer were divided into control group and test group randomly. Patients in control group received routine health education and patients in test group received systematic nursing health education. Then did comparative research. Results Patients in the test group had more function exercise knowledge and regained bet ter daily living activities ability than patients in the control group. The incidence of complications in the test group was sig nificantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Programmed health education has an obvious effect for postopera tive patients with breast cancer on keeping rehabilitation exercise, reducing complications and limb dysfunction.
