中线调水对襄阳市水资源持续利用的影响

Impact of the Middle Route of Chinese South to North Water Transfer Project on Sustainable Exploitation of Water Resource in Xiangyang City

南水北调中线工程是我国进行水资源优化调配,解决北方,尤其是京、津、冀地区资源性缺水的21世纪重大战略工程.其对于水资源调入区,不仅实现了水资源的优化配置供给,而且极大地促进该区域社会、经济、生态环境的可持续发展;对于调出区,由于汉江流域水资源量的减少,必然造成相应的一系列影响.通过剖析襄阳市水资源开发利用现状、存在的主要问题、实施南水北调中线工程对襄阳市水资源利用的影响,提出了襄阳市水资源可持续利用的对策建议.

The middle route of South to North Water Transfer Project is a great strategic project in our country in 21st century which solves the deficiency of water resource in northern areas,especially in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province through optimizing disposition of water resource. The middle route project can not only realize the optimized disposition of water resources in the areas drawing in water resource but also accelerate greatly its sustainable development of society, economy and ecology. At the same time, there must be a series of advantageous and disadvantageous effects for areas drawing out water resource with the decrease of water quantity. This paper introduces the present situation and major problems about the development of Xiangyang water resource. It analyses the influence of the project on Xiangyang water resource. On this base, it puts forward the strategy of the sustainable exploitation of water resource in Xiangyang City in the future.
