Independent College Graduates' Employment Situation Analysis and Countermeasures

在当前严峻的高校毕业生就业形势下,独立学院以其合理的专业设置、准确的人才培养目标定位、灵活多样的教学形式等优势大大提升了毕业生的就业竞争力。但独立学院学生因社会认可度低、就业观念存在误区、实践能力不足等因素导致不能充分就业。独立学院应扬长避短,突出办学特色,注重培养学生实践能力,加强就业指导,正确引导就业预期等来提高就业质量及就业率。

In the present tough situation of college graduates＇ employment, independent colleges have improved greatly the employability of graduates by the advantage of setting majors reasonably, positioning aims of personnel training correctly, launching multiple teaching activities and others. However, the graduates of independent schools can＇ t get full employment due to low social recognition, mistaken ideas in the employment conception, deficiency in ability of practice and other factors. Aiming at the above problems, the article takes the position that independent colleges should avoid weaknesses to improve quality of employment and rate, by highlighting the characters of running school, like focusing on training students＇ practice ability, strengthening career guidance, correctly guiding expectation of employment and so on.
