高大型铸件阶梯式浇注系统水力学模拟的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用透明有机玻璃模型对高大型铸件阶梯式浇注系统进行了水力学模拟的研究。通过改变浇注系统的结构形式、调整浇道比及浇注速度可使浇注系统的溢流高度降为原来的五分之一。用薄膜塑料袋法测定了浇注系统各层内浇道的流量分配,并借助高速摄影及微机数据处理技术对浇注过程中液体的流动状态进行了分析研究,发现开放式曲折直浇道阶梯式浇注系统充型平稳性及各层内浇道的流量分配均较直落式直浇道阶梯式浇注系统有大的改善。 A water medie made of transparent plexiglas was used to investigate the step-gate system of the high and large casting. By way of changing the gating shapes, adjusting the area ratio of gating system and decieasing the pouring rate, the drop in head of the overflow of step-gate system has reduced to one-fivth of the original. The flow distribution on each layer of gating system was determined by plastic film method, the flow states of the fluid during the course of pouring has been analysed using the high-speed camera and microcomputer data processing. It was found that the filling stability and the flow distribution of tortuous unchoked step-gate system had significant improvement over those of the conventional runing system.
