城乡一体化视角下的农民工进城现象研究——基于武汉市的调查分析

Phenomena of Migrant Workers' Going to City from the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration:a Case Study of Wuhan City

实现武汉市城乡一体化发展,解决农民工进城问题是当务之急。文章在对武汉市农民工进行实证调研的基础上探讨城乡一体化背景下农民工进城所存在的问题,如农民工的地位边缘化,户籍制度制约,就业道路曲折,劳动力素质低,保障制度缺失,子女教育受阻碍,并针对相关问题提出树立平等意识,建立统一的户籍与就业制度,提供平等教育机会与社会保障,完善相关法律法规等对策与建议。通过各种渠道保障农民工权益,确保农民工共享改革发展成果,稳定就业并乐于安居,为构建和谐社会打下坚实基础。

Based on demonstration survey of Wuhan City, it discusses the existing problems under the back- ground of urban - rural integration： role marginalization of migrant farmers, limited household registration sys- tem, difficult employment situation, poor quality of laborer, hard and fair education chance for children, etc. Accordingly, relevant are provided. It is urgent to ensure migrant farmers＇ rights and interests, to guarantee the chance for them to share fruit of reform and to guarantee their stable jobs, laying solid foundation for the construction of a harmonious society.
