Land System under the Background of Urban-rural Integration

在认识城乡二元化的土地制度的基础上,结合城乡一体化实践过程中的土地问题,探究新型化的一元化的土地制度走向:构建城乡一体化的土地制度的相关法律,建立农村土地交易平台,推动农村土地建设用地的市场化发展;减少城市工业化建设用地和农村宅基地使用的面积;加强对土地的监管力度。

Based on the understanding of urban and rural dualistic land system, and combined with the problems occurring in the process of urban - rural integration, it tries to explore a new type of unitary land system direc- tion ： construction of relevant laws for land system ; the establishment of a trading platform for rural ; promotion of the marketization of land for construction; decrease of land for industrialization and rural homestead and much at- tention to supervision to land.
