摘要
通过建立外伸端板连接螺栓模型作为算例,采用VDI2230高强度螺栓计算规范,对选用的螺栓连接结构进行计算,然后根据算例的边界条件,采用ANSYS 12.0对螺栓连接结构进行有限元模拟计算,最后对比计算结果和有限元模拟分析结果。通过对比两种计算结果可知,利用有限元分析方法模拟计算高强度螺栓的强度,可以得到与工程计算非常相近的结果,这可为有限元模拟大型装配体结构提供技术支持,缩短开发周期。
Through building the extended end-plate connecting bolt as the exemple, using the evaluation specification of VDI2230 high strength bolt, the connection structure of chosen bolt are calculated, then according to the boundary conditions, using ANSYS 12.0, the connection structure of bolt are calculated by finite element simulation. After comparing the calcula- tion result and finite element simulation result,it shows that the result is similar with engineering calculation, which can provide technical support for simulating large assembly structure by finite element, and can also shorten development cycle.
