摘要
通过对深孔加工的工艺分析,从影响加工精度的因素入手,通过对加工参数的大量实验和计算,最后一次性完成对25mm±0.02mm、孔深为300mm、孔数为2500、材质为0Cr18Ni10Ti大批量高精度深孔加工。
Through analyzing the technology of deep hole processing, starting from the factors which affect the machining accu- racy, based on the processing parameters of the experiment and calculation, the hole with the geometric parameters of 25mm+ 0.02mm, the 300mm depth, the 2500 holes, the material of 0Cr18Nil0Ti, is processed by the large quantities of high-preci- sion deep in one time.
