摘要
切削热的产生和由它导致的切削温度是影响金属切削状态的重要物理因素之一。笔者通过45#圆钢在几种不同切削速度下的温度场的仿真分析,直观的表现出切削速度对金属切削热的影响,从而对优化切削参数和研究刀具磨损机理提供方法依据。
The generation of cutting heat and the cutting temperature which causes by that is one of the most important physical parameters during cutting process. In this paper, several different cutting speeds are used for 45# round steel in temperature field simulation analysis, the influence of cutting speed on metal cutting heat is showed clearly, thus method study on the optimization of cutting parameters and tool wear mechanism is provided by it.
