摘要 针对搅拌机上料系统存在的缺陷以及导致物料浪费和周边环境污染等问题,在搅拌机上料系统改进与优化的原则进行相关分析的基础上,结合JDY型搅拌机、JZ型搅拌机的上料系统改进的相关问题进行增加滑轮组数、加装叶片、改进机架等方面的研究,进一步提高了搅拌机上料的科学性和合理性,有助于建筑材料的节约和经济效益的提高。 Aiming at the mixer feeding system defects as well as the material waste and surrounding environmental pollution problems, based on the correlation analysis of the principles of mixer feeding system improvement and optimization, and com- bining with the relevant problems of feeding system improvement of JDY type mixer, JZ type mixer, the aspects of the number of pulley increase, installation of the blades, rack improvement are studied in this paper in order to improve the materials sei- entificity and rationality for the mixer, which is helpful to save building materials and increase economic efficiency.
