摘要
根据人机工程学中的相关原理及知识,从数控面板、把手、观察窗、安全防护及色彩五方面着手,在人体自然放松状态下,结合人体立姿眼高、人体立姿肘高、人体屈臂操纵力的特性、色彩与人心理感受的关系等知识,进行数据、形态及色彩的分析,使数控机床、操作者与环境相互和谐从而保障操作人员安全,同时高效开展工作。
Based on principles and knowledge of ergonomics, the following aspects are mainly discussed including numerically controlled panel, handle, observation window, safety protection and color in this paper. The size, forms and color of NC ma- chine tools are also analyzed. All of this according to the knowledge of eyes' height and elbow's height when people standing comfortable, the features of people bending their arms, and the relationship between color and psychological feeling. Thus that could make a harmonious relationship among the operators, the work environment and machine can ensure the security of the operators and improve the working ettieieney.
