摘要
从发电机的设计原理出发,在结构和工艺上改进无刷同步发电机的设计,明确了大马力同步发电机的生产工艺、励磁系统、绝缘系统等设计要点,试验证明,与同机座的ST系列发电机相比,输出功率更大、效率更高。
In the paper, from the generator design principle, based on the structrue and workmanship of brushless generator, the design point of workmanship, excitation system, insulation system etc in the generator are summarized. According to the test, comparing with the same shell, the output of high-powered synchronous generator is more than ST series sample, and the efficiency is higher.
