摘要
伴随基金市场的不断扩展,一些基金从业人员利用其掌握的未公开信息,违反规定从事相关证券交易活动,牟取非法利益。利用未公开信息交易罪是刑法修正案的新增罪名。我国应当尽快出台相应的司法解释对该法条予以细化,加强对于犯罪分子的震慑作用和打击力度。
With the development of fund market, some employees have taken advantages of the restricted news to obtain illicit interest. It is a new charge of transaction crime by restricted news in the amendment of criminal law. There are still plenty of shortcomings in our laws. Therefore, we should early publish the interpret laws to crack down on serious criminal activities in the field.
