中国稀土企业整合的必要性研究——基于多重约束的视角

中国作为全球稀土储量和产量最大的国家,一直以来以极低的价格供应着世界上绝大部分的需求.然而,随着大量的无序开采,私采、盗采以及诸多企业之间的恶性竞争,导致中国稀土企业存在着数量、利润、质量、环境四重约束.因此,稀土企业整合就成为突破多重约束的一种必然选择.文中从多重约束的视角,论证了稀土企业整合对多重约束的影响及途径,从而在理论上说明了中国稀土企业整合的必要性.
