There are a lot of differences of theoretical construction between Chinese and western moral phi-losophy. Through analyzing Mencius and Kant＇s moral philosophy, find that there is disparity between their theoretical foundation, thinking road, creating model and features, which shows their respective fo-cus. The analysis of the disparity between Chinese and western moral philosophy provides references for ori-entation of modern moral philosophical theories.
