建国初,中共对在执政的条件下能否保持自身纯洁性充满忧患意识,并在1950-1953年的整风整党运动中,对如何保持执政党的作风纯洁、思想纯洁、组织纯洁进行了探索,提出了要"为更高的共产党员的条件而斗争"等重要观点,不仅有力地保证了建国后一段时间内党的纯洁,还对当前加强党的纯洁性建设有重要启示:越是长期执政,越要加强纯洁性建设;从严治党是保持党的纯洁性的重要一环;加强思想建设,确保党的思想纯洁;严格党员标准,保证党员质量,防止投机分子混入党内等。

During the early years of new China, CPC was full of suffering consciousness about whether it can keep purity under the condition of being in power. CPC conducted a preliminary exploration of how to keep the ruling partys ideological purity and the healthy development in the 1950 - 1953 years of the rectification movement. Then CPC gave some important points such as “struggle with a higher communist party member s conditions”. This exploration not only guaranteed the party＇s purity after the foundation of the new China, hut also had the important enlightenments about how to strengthen the purity of the party construction： The more long - term the ruling is, the more we should strengthen the construction of purity; Managing the par-ty with strict standard is the import measure to maintain the purity of the party;Strengthening the ideolog-ical construction ensure the party＇s ideological purity; Making the strict standards of the party members en-sure the party members＇ quality to prevent speculators into the party, etc.
