132例乳腺癌患者中医体质特征与中医证候的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation of TCM Constitution Type Characteristics and TCM Syndromes of 132 Breast Cancer Patients

目的:研究乳腺癌患者中医体质分布特点,从而分析乳腺癌患者中医体质特征及其与中医证型的相关性。方法:采用描述性流行病学的横断面调查,通过问卷调查法对乳腺癌患者进行中医体质判别分析,并对乳腺癌患者的中医体质类型和中医证候进行相关性分析。结果132例乳腺癌患者中,气郁质占40.9%、气虚质占25.8%、瘀血质占15.2%、痰湿质占9.1%、湿热质占6.1%、阴虚质占3.0%。气郁质与肝气郁结型呈显著性正相关(P<0.01);气虚质与气虚型呈显著性正相关(P<0.01);瘀血质与冲任失调型呈正相关(P<0.05),阴虚质与阴虚型呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者中医体质类型多为气郁质、气虚质。气郁质与肝气郁结型、气虚质与气虚型、瘀血质与冲任失调型、阴虚质与阴虚型呈正相关。

Objective: To study TCM constitution distribution characteristics of breast cancer patients so as to analyze the correlation of TCM constitution type characteristics and TCM syndromes of the patients.Methods: A cross-sectional survey of descriptive epidemiology was made and a questionnaire was used to make discriminant analysis of TCM constitution of the breast cancer patients as well as their correlation with constitution type characteristics and syndromes.Results: Among 132 breast cancer patients,Qi constraint quality accounted for 40.9%;Qi deficiency quality for 25.8%;blood stasis quality for 15.2%;phlegm quality for 9.1%;damp-heat quality for 6.1%;Yin deficiency quality for 3.0%.Qi constraint quality showed a significantly positive correlation with liver Qi stagnation type(P<0.01).The Qi deficiency quality was significantly positive correlated to Qi deficiency type(P<0.01).The blood stasis quality was positively correlated to any disorder type(P<0.05).Yin deficiency quality was positively correlated to Yin deficiency type(P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM constitution types of the breast cancer patients are mostly Qi constraint quality and Qi deficiency quality.Qi constraint quality and liver Qi stagnation type,Qi deficiency quality and Qi deficiency type,blood stasis quality and disorder as well as Yin deficiency and Yin deficiency type show positive correction.
