摘要
目的观察红山胶囊的调脂效果。方法取72只SD雄性大鼠,给予普通饲料预饲1周取血,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)。根据血清TC水平随机分为普饲组、模型组、美降之组及红山胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组12只大鼠。试验开始时,除普饲组外,其余各组换用高脂饲料造模,造模后第11天各组分别给予0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠,美降之4 mg/kg,红山胶囊4,2,1 g原生药/kg。每日灌胃1次,给药后第28天晚禁食不禁水,次日晨取血检测甘油三酯(TG)、TC、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并计算TC/HDL-C。结果红山胶囊2,4 g原生药/kg剂量对大鼠试验性高脂血症有明显的治疗作用,能呈剂量依赖性降低血清TC,TG,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C,对血清HDL-C则有升高或抑制其降低作用。红山胶囊1 g原生药/kg对大鼠试验性高脂血症模型也有一定的调脂作用。结论红山胶囊对大鼠试验性高脂血症有显著的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the lipid-reducing effects of Hongshan Capsules by establishing the experimental hyperlipidemia rat model by feeding high fat feed.Methods 72 male rats were fed by ordinary feed for a week in advance and blood was collected for detecting serum total cholesterol(TC).According to the serum TC level,rats were randomly divided into the general feeding group,the model group,the Mevacor group and the high,medium and low doses of Hongshan Capsules groups,12 cases in each group.At the beginning of the formal trial,except the general feeding group,the animals of rest groups were fed high fat feed to make the model.On 11 d after constructing model,the each group was given 0.5%CMC-Na,Mevacor 4 mg/kg and Hongshan Capsules 4,2,1 g crude drug/kg,respectively.Gavage was conducted once daily.At the night of 28 d medication,rates were fasted without fasting water,at the next day morning blood was collected for detecting TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,and calculating TC/HDL-C.Results Hongshan Capsules doses of 2,4 g crude drug/kg had obvious treatment effect on the rat experimental hyperlipidemia,could dose-dependently reduce serum TC,TG,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C,and showed the increasing or inhibiting its decreasing effects on serum HDL-C.Hongshan Capsules 1 g crude drug/kg also had certain lipid-reducing effect on the experimental hyperlipidemia model rat.Conclusion Hongshan Capsules has the remarkable curative effect on rat experimental hyperlipidemia.
