摘要
目的研究杭白菊中黄酮类成分提取过程的动力学机理。方法采用比色法测定不同温度条件下杭白菊提取液中黄酮类成分的含量。以Fick扩散定律为基础,建立提取过程的动力学方程,并由此推算提取的速率常数、活化能、半衰期等动力学函数值。结果所得动力学模型能较好地描述杭白菊中黄酮类成分提取的动态过程,其活化能为22.37 kJ/mol。结论杭白菊中黄酮类成分提取过程的动力学符合一级动力学方程特征。
Objective To research the kinetic mechanism of total flavonoids extraction process in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat..Methods The colormetric method was used to determine the contents of total flavonoids in extraction solution under different temperatures.With the Fick’s law of diffusion as the basis,the kinetic equation of extracting process was established and the kinetic functional values including K(rate constant),Ea(activation energy)and t1/2(half life)were calculated.Results The established kinetic model could better describe the dynamic process of total flavoids constituent extraction in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat..The activation energy was 22.37 kJ/mol.Conclusion The kinetics during the extraction process of total flavonoids conforms the characteristics of the first-order kinetic equation.
