摘要
利用自制的振动电机式振动混砂机,对树脂砂、油砂、合脂砂、水玻璃砂及粘土砂等进行了混砂实验。实验结果表明:振动混砂机不仅适用于混树脂砂,也可用于混油砂、合脂砂、水玻璃砂以及粘土砂,混砂时间为l^3分钟。与碾轮式混砂机相比,具有混砂质量好、混砂时间短等优点。振动混砂机的特点是靠物料自身的运动进行混合,在混合过程中,物料不发热,是混合自硬砂等的较好设备。
A systematic mixing experiments have been carried oul using the self-developed
vibrating sand mixer driven by vibrating motoi into resin sand , oil sand, Synthetic fat sand, waterglass sand and clay sand. The vibrating sand mixer is shown to be suitable for resin sand and also to be used for oil sand, s. nthetic fat sand, waterglass and even for clay sand. The sand mixing time is 1~3 min. Better mixing sand quality and shorter mixing sand c cle than mixing mullers v ere achieved, especially, the vibrating mixing action is carried out b the motion of materials themselves w hich weren't heated during the mixing.
