多孔板水力空化装置最佳水力条件的确定 被引量:2

摘要 为研究水力空化对难降解有机物的处理效果,选用罗丹明B,采用多孔板水力空化装置进行降解试验。试验研究的关键是水力因素对降解率的影响,基于试验结果,通过量纲分析,得出了降解率量纲表达式以及空化数、雷诺数、孔板厚度与孔板孔径之间的关系,这一关系是确定多孔板水力空化最佳水力条件的依据。最佳水力条件下试验结果表明,当罗丹明B溶液浓度小于1.5mg/L时,罗丹明B在降解过程中浓度反而会增加,当罗丹明B溶液浓度大于一定浓度,降解率趋于稳定。
