摘要
高校辅导员是学生教育、管理和服务的一支重要力量。本文从辅导员的聘任制度出发,根据对14所大学近三年辅导员招聘条件的调查和统计,结合自身的实践,从招聘名称、招聘范围、招聘条件等五个方面对高校辅导员聘任现状进行归纳和分析。
College advisors make up an important force for in educating, managing and serving students. Based on statistics investigation of 14 universities on their recruitment requirements in recent three years and out of personal experience, this paper is a summary and an analysis the actual sit uation of college advisors recruitment from five aspects including recruitment designation, scope, and requirements.
