摘要
大多数学生和辅导员都认为,班会主题应因时因事随机确定,但对主题班会的形式学生和辅导员的评价却显示出较大的差异,学生比辅导员更认同讨论互动,而辅导员则对团队训练给予更高评价。学生认为从主题班会中收获较大的依次为实践能力、专业技能、学术素养和心理素质,但对优良品行的养成等还存在一定的局限性。
College Theme Class Meetings are mostly (75.8%) more effective when serialized, stand-ardized and curriculumized. The themes should vary with time and occasion. Students identify them- selves better with discussion and interaction while the advisors give more credit to team training. Students generally acknowledge that they gain greatly in practical ability, professional skill, acadermic literacy and psychological diathesis. Theme class meetings prove to be fairly effective in solving problems and ensuring correct ideology, despite its limitations in cultivating fine behaviors.
