摘要
高校学困生角色行为偏差的类型包括网络成瘾型、意志薄弱型,学习认知偏差型,可以社会期望与角色认知、角色认知与角色行为、角色之间三个方面的冲突理解角色行为偏差的原因。可从树立正确角色意识、重塑角色信心、增强角色参与等三个方面纠正学困生行为偏差。
College underachievers deviations from role behavior include Internet addiction, feeble-mindedness and cognitive bias. Such deviations can be attributed to conflicts between social expectation and role perception, between role perception and role behavior and between roles themselves. College underachievers must have correct role consciousness, rebuild role confidence and increase role involvement.
