摘要
以问卷和访谈分别对678名已就业理科学生和15家用人单位进行的调查表明,学生自身能力与企业需求脱节、学生求职准备不足、部分不良社会行为等因素影响理科大学生就业竞争力。建议从深化理科专业教学改革、强化职业生涯规划、推进就业能力培养等角度全面提升理科学生就业竞争力。
Surveys of 678 employed science college graduates and 15 employers indicate that factors influencing science students' job competitiveness include divorce of students~ ability from the demand of the enterprise, inadequate preparation for job application and bad social behavior. To improve students' job competitiveness, science colleges and universities must deepen the teaching reform, intensify the career planning work and vigorously boost students' employability.
