摘要
在专业化理论、专业化协会和专业化队伍建设三大要素的推动下,美国高校的学生事务管理人员快速实现了其专业化目标。而我国高校辅导员的专业化发展由于基础较薄弱,岗位受边缘化困扰,队伍建设缺乏机制的有力保障,仍处在起步阶段,高校辅导员专业化的实现仍需进一步加强专业化理论研究,健全各项机制,实施专业化的职能分工。
Propelled by professional theories, associations and teams, student affairs managers in American universities have rapidly achieved professionalization. In China, with relatively weak base and the job's marginalization, college advisors' professionalization still cries for sound mechanisms and proper segregation of duties.
